• The applicant must provide a recognised service which forms part of the continuum of care for breast patients in the Loddon Mallee Region.
• The applicant must either be endorsed by membership of a professional organization/association or endorsed by a member of such an organisation/association. Evidence of this membership and insurance (where applicable) may be required.

  Examples of approved associations include:

  • Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Australian Physiotherapy Association
  • Australian Psychological Society
  • Nurses Board of Victoria
  • Australian Traditional Medicine Society
  • Australian Homeopathic Association
  • Australian Massage Therapists Association
  • Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association
