We welcome applications for registration to the Loddon Mallee Breast Care Nurse Forum.

Before you can participate in the various forums you will need to register and have your application approved by our moderator. This is a "closed" forum and we take every effort to ensure that members are legitimate in their interest in joining us. We hope you understand the need for such formalities and that membership is neither automatic or immediate.

To register, click the REGISTER button near the top of this web page. You will be presented with a Forum Rules page, which you must agree to in order to proceed.

The registration screen requires you to enter several pieces of information. This is necessary so that the moderator can assess your suitability for joining the forum, and also so that they can communicate with you.

Once you have completed the page and submitted your application, a message will be displayed thanking you for registering, and stating that your account has been submitted for moderation. At this point, all you can do is "click here" to return to the home page of the forum, where you will still have limited access.

Once you have been moderated (make take one or two days), an email will be sent to you, informing you that you now have access to the forum. At that point you can return to the forum and login (at bottom of first page).
